Studio Signal is a full-service web and digital systems agency for Canadian businesses and nonprofits. We diagnose what's costing you, build the system that fixes it, and keep it running so it never falls behind again. Founder Sebastien Molgat has worked in media and communications for over a decade. Whether in his client work or his own initiatives, he has found that digital systems like websites and CRMs quietly dictate how much of the work actually gets done. Everybody knows that it could be better, but not how to get there. Studio Signal was founded to help business owners and nonprofit leaders skip the hard part. We create public-facing websites and brand identities that pull their weight, supported by back-end systems that make your work more efficient and enjoyable.
I've spent over a decade in media production and organizational leadership, working with clients like Wakefield Mill, O'Brien House Hotel, 100 Mile Arts Network, the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, William Amos MP, and Parks Canada, and five years leading the Arctic Youth Network. Across both, the pattern was the same: the mission-critical work is the fun part, but it's the website, the digital systems, the file management that can make or break how that work actually happens. I learned to build and maintain those systems out of necessity, as a nonprofit Executive Director with no IT department to call and as a media producer watching business owners hit the same wall. Studio Signal exists to give you the systems and ongoing support to skip the hard part and get back to the work that matters.
